Digital Product Delivery Policy:

1. Delivery of Digital Products:

Once a purchase is made, the digital product will be available for download/access via the user's account dashboard or will be sent directly to the user's registered email. The delivery of the product is instantaneous after the completion of the purchase, barring any unforeseen technical issues.

2. Technical Requirements:

It's the user's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary hardware and software to access and use the digital product. OLSP is not responsible for incompatibility issues, and refunds will not be provided on this basis.

3. Access Duration:

Unless otherwise specified, users will have indefinite access to the purchased digital products. Some products may have a specified access period, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

4. Multiple Accesses & Downloads:

Users are typically allowed to download or access their purchased products multiple times. However, excessive downloads or access from different IP addresses may trigger security precautions.

Export Restriction:
